Each oven section offers a spacious porcelain enamel on steel interior measuring 29 inches wide by 22 1⁄8 inches deep and 20 inches high. The smooth, durable surface is easy to clean and highly resistant to wear. Each cavity is illuminated by two interior lights and comes equipped with five nickel-plated oven racks that can be positioned in eleven different guides with positive rack stops, providing maximum flexibility for various cooking needs. With a total of ten racks across both decks, the oven easily handles high-volume output.
Heating is powered by one 50,000 BTU/hour burner per section, totaling 100,000 BTU/hour for the entire unit. Each burner is ignited by a reliable electronic spark ignition system.
