The Vulcan VC Series Double Deck Electric Convection Oven is a robust and reliable solution for high-volume commercial kitchens that require consistent cooking performance, energy efficiency, and durable construction. Engineered for long-lasting service, this double-deck electric oven is ideal for bakeries, schools, restaurants, and institutions looking for even heat distribution and high-output capability.

Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs, the oven offers a clean, professional appearance while providing superior durability and resistance to corrosion. Each deck is equipped with independently operated stainless steel doors featuring double-pane windows, allowing for easy monitoring of the cooking process without significant heat loss. Non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors, maintaining consistent internal temperatures and promoting energy efficiency.

Inside each oven section, the cooking chamber measures 29 inches wide by 22 1⁄8 inches deep and 20 inches high, offering ample space for large batch cooking. Each section includes five nickel-plated oven racks that rest on eleven rack positions with positive stops, allowing for flexible configurations to suit a variety of cooking needs. Two bright interior lights per section ensure excellent visibility while food is cooking.

Each oven deck is powered by solid sheath electric heating elements rated at 12 kW, delivering fast heat-up times and consistent performance. Combined, the double-deck configuration offers a total of 25 kW of cooking power. Each section is equipped with a two-speed ½ horsepower blower motor to ensure thorough air circulation for even baking and roasting. A moisture vent helps manage internal humidity, improving product quality, while an oven cool switch allows for rapid cooldown between cooking cycles or at the end of service.

The oven uses solid state controls, which provide precise temperature adjustments from 150°F to 500°F. A 60-minute timer with an audible alarm in each section allows for dependable time management and consistent cooking results.

This unit is NSF listed, UL listed, and UL certified to Canadian safety standards. It is also ENERGY STAR qualified, meeting strict standards for energy efficiency without compromising performance.
