The Vulcan VBP Series Heated Holding & Transport Cabinet is designed to keep food hot, fresh, and ready for service in demanding commercial kitchens. Featuring an electronic control system with a digital display, the unit allows for precise holding temperatures up to 200°F. A built-in blower motor ensures even, gentle heat distribution throughout the cabinet, reducing hot spots and maintaining consistent food quality.
With universal tray slides adjustable on 1½" centers, the cabinet accommodates a variety of pan configurations—including up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans, ten 12" x 20" pans, or a combination of both. The interior and exterior are constructed of durable 20-gauge stainless steel, and the unit is fully insulated with 1½" thick side walls and a 2" top for excellent heat retention.
Practical features include recessed side-mounted handles for easy maneuverability, magnetic action door latches for a secure close, and field-reversible doors for flexible installation. Mounted on 3" heavy-duty casters, it’s easy to transport and position. A rear-mounted power cord with NEMA 5-15 plug is included for 120V operation.
