Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, base, plate ledge, top ledge with pull-out condiment rails, and stub back, this range offers long-lasting durability and a clean, professional appearance. The stainless steel extra-deep crumb tray provides efficient cleanup, while 6" adjustable stainless steel legs ensure a stable and level installation.
Beneath the charbroiler is a convection oven delivering 30,000 BTU/hr of cooking power (115v-1 phase blower motor, 4 amps, 6' cord & plug). The oven interior features a porcelain bottom, sides, and interior door panel for easy cleaning and superior heat retention. It offers a spacious 27" wide by 27" deep by 13" high cavity, equipped with two racks and three position guides. The oven’s temperature range spans from 175°F to 550°F, controlled via a thermostat, and the heavy-duty oven door includes counterweight hinges for smooth operation.
