The spring-balanced broiler grid offers five adjustable positions and measures 25" wide by 25" deep, providing 625 square inches of cooking surface. Constructed from cold-rolled steel bars, the grid is built for maximum heat retention and durability. A full-width floating stainless steel drip pan makes cleanup efficient.
Below the broiler, the integrated standard oven delivers 50,000 BTU/hr and features a porcelain-coated interior, including the bottom, sides, and door panel, for optimal heat retention and easy cleaning. Standard oven thermostat adjusts from 150° – 550°F. It’s perfect for baking, roasting, or holding food at serving temperature. The oven includes a 1¼" front gas manifold and capped 1¼" rear gas connection for flexible installation.
