The Vulcan VIR1SF 36" Natural Gas Double Deck Broiler with Standard Oven is a powerful, heavy-duty cooking solution built to handle the high demands of commercial kitchens, steakhouses, and institutional foodservice operations. Designed with performance and durability in mind, this unit combines high-heat broiling efficiency with the versatility of a full standard oven—all within a rugged stainless steel frame.

This model features a double-deck broiler powered by four 25,000 BTU/hr ceramic tile-faced infrared burners, delivering intense, even heat and rapid recovery times for consistent, high-output cooking. The spring-balanced broiler grid offers five adjustable positions and measures 25" wide by 25" deep, providing 625 square inches of cooking surface. Constructed from cold-rolled steel bars, the grid is built for maximum heat retention and durability. A full-width floating stainless steel drip pan makes cleanup efficient.

Below the broiler, the integrated standard oven delivers 50,000 BTU/hr and features a porcelain-coated interior, including the bottom, sides, and door panel, for optimal heat retention and easy cleaning. Standard oven thermostat adjusts from 150° – 550°F. It’s perfect for baking, roasting, or holding food at serving temperature. The oven includes a 1¼" front gas manifold and capped 1¼" rear gas connection for flexible installation.

The unit is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, base, stub back, and front top ledge for long-lasting durability in high-traffic kitchen environments. Infinite heat controls and pilot ignition provide precise operation across both broiler decks. Mounted on a standard oven base, the VIR1SF combines two essential cooking functions into one space-saving, high-performance unit.

With a total input of 150,000 BTU/hr, NSF and CSA certifications, and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, the Vulcan VIR1SF is a reliable, efficient choice for professional kitchens that need to deliver quality at scale.
