The Vulcan VIR1CF 36" Natural Gas Double Deck Broiler with Convection Oven is a high-performance, heavy-duty cooking unit engineered for demanding commercial kitchens. With a total BTU input of 132,000, this powerhouse combines the precision of infrared broiling with the efficiency of convection baking, making it ideal for steakhouses, institutions, and high-volume foodservice operations.

The double deck broiler features four 25,000 BTU/hr ceramic tile-faced infrared burners, delivering intense, consistent heat with rapid recovery times to keep up with peak service. A spring-balanced broiler grid with five adjustable positions and a 625 sq. in. cold-rolled steel cooking surface (25" x 25") allows for perfect searing and broiling control. A full-width, floating stainless steel drip pan simplifies cleanup and maintenance.

Below the broiler, the integrated convection oven delivers 32,000 BTU/hr and is equipped with a porcelain-coated interior, including the bottom, sides, and interior door panel. The oven measures 27"W x 27"D x 13"H and features a 115V, single-phase blower motor (4 amps) for even heat circulation and faster cook times. The convection oven thermostat ranges from 175°F to 550°F, ensuring accurate and flexible baking, roasting, or finishing.

The VIR1CF is built with rugged stainless steel across the front, sides, base, and top, and includes a 1¼" front gas manifold with a capped rear connection for versatile installation. Infinite heat controls, a standing pilot ignition system, and durable components ensure long-term, reliable operation.

NSF and CSA certified, and backed by a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, the Vulcan VIR1CF delivers exceptional performance, durability, and output in a compact footprint—ideal for kitchens that demand both speed and precision.
