With a ceramic broiler on the top deck and an infrared broiler on the bottom, this unit delivers exceptional flexibility for a wide range of cooking styles and menu items.
Each deck features its own burner configuration—three 33,333 BTU/hr cast iron burners with ceramic tile radiants on the top deck, and four 25,000 BTU/hr ceramic tile-faced infrared burners on the bottom. This dual heating system provides a total input of 200,000 BTU/hr, ensuring rapid recovery and consistent output under continuous use.
The spring-balanced broiler grids measure 25.5 inches wide by 30 inches deep. Constructed from cold-rolled steel bars and mounted on roller bearings, the grids move smoothly and lock into five adjustable height positions for precise control of broiling intensity.
Stainless steel construction throughout provides long-lasting durability, while insulation between the outer and inner walls enhances energy efficiency and kitchen safety. The unit includes heavy-duty casters for mobility and a rear gas connection with a 1-inch regulator for straightforward installation.
