The Vulcan VBB1CF 36" Natural Gas Ceramic Upright Broiler with Finishing Oven and Convection Oven is a powerful, all-in-one broiling and baking solution designed for high-output commercial kitchens. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel and engineered for top-tier performance, this unit delivers precision cooking, rapid heat recovery, and unmatched versatility in a compact footprint.

At the core of the VBB1CF are three 35,000 BTU/hr ceramic radiant burners, providing intense, even heat for broiling steaks, seafood, and vegetables with professional-grade results. The spring-balanced grid system features five adjustable positions and a 625 sq. in. cooking area (25"W x 25"D) made from cold-rolled steel bars—ideal for high-temperature searing and durable enough for continuous use. A full-width, floating stainless steel drip pan ensures easy cleanup and reduces downtime.

The integrated finishing oven is perfect for holding, reheating, or quickly finalizing dishes, while the 32,000 BTU/hr convection oven below offers exceptional baking performance. With a 115V single-phase blower motor (4 amps) and a 9' power cord, the convection oven delivers fast, even heat distribution across its 27"W x 27"D x 13"H porcelain-lined cavity. Temperature settings range from 175°F to 550°F, allowing for precise control over a wide variety of recipes.

Constructed with a stainless steel front, top ledge, sides, base, stub back, and finishing oven, the VBB1CF is built to withstand the rigors of busy commercial environments. It includes a 1¼" front gas manifold and capped rear connection for flexible installation, along with 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for leveling and stability.

With a total input of 137,000 BTU/hr, NSF and CSA certifications, and a one-year limited parts and labour warranty, the Vulcan VBB1CF is the ideal choice for operators who need the perfect balance of high-capacity broiling, finishing, and convection cooking in a single, efficient unit.
