The Vulcan VBB1BF 36" Natural Gas Ceramic Upright Broiler with Finishing Oven and Cabinet Base delivers high-performance broiling and efficient finishing in one durable, space-saving unit. Designed for demanding commercial kitchens, this heavy-duty broiler is built with rugged stainless steel and engineered for consistent heat, fast recovery, and long-term reliability.

This model features three powerful 35,000 BTU/hr ceramic radiant burners for a total of 105,000 BTU/hr. These burners provide intense, even heat across the 625 sq. in. broiling surface (25"W x 25"D), ideal for steaks, poultry, seafood, and other high-volume items. The spring-balanced broiler grid offers five adjustable positions, while the cold-rolled steel grid bars ensure excellent heat retention and classic sear marks.

The integrated finishing oven adds versatility for warming or final touches before plating, helping streamline kitchen workflow. A full-width, floating stainless steel drip pan allows for quick and easy cleaning, while the cabinet base includes universal rack guides and one removable shelf for convenient storage of tools or pans.

Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, top ledge, base, stub back, and finishing oven, the VBB1BF stands up to the toughest kitchen environments. A 1¼" front gas manifold and capped 1¼" rear connection ensure installation flexibility, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs provide a stable setup.

With infinite heat controls, pilot ignition system, NSF and CSA certifications, and a one-year limited parts and labour warranty, the Vulcan VBB1BF is an ideal broiler solution for restaurants seeking performance, durability, and versatility.
