The twin control system combines a responsive LCD touchscreen with a manual turn-and-push knob, offering both automated and manual operation. In AUTO mode, users can access a library of preloaded and customizable recipes, complete with image or text display, favourites, multi-level shelf timers, and multi-product cooking functions. Manual mode features Vulcan's innovative ABC control, which automatically adjusts humidity based on temperature settings, eliminating guesswork. For full control, JET mode allows independent adjustment of all cooking parameters. The ECO option further reduces energy consumption by requiring manual activation.
