The unit also includes a standard oversized oven with a 5 kW input and top browning control for precise baking and finishing. The oven interior measures 26.5" wide by 26.375" deep by 14" high and fits full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans both side to side and front to back. It includes one oven rack and three rack positions to accommodate a variety of baking needs. The oven thermostat is adjustable from 200°F to 500°F, and the cool-to-the-touch control knobs improve operator safety.
