This range is equipped with two ovens: left oven is 23,000 BTU/hr. baker’s depth standard oven, measures 26.25"d x 20.25"w x 14"h. Right convection oven is 35,000 BTU/hr. and measures 24"d x 26-3⁄8"w x 13-7/8"h. The porcelain-coated oven bottoms and door panels ensure easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. An adjustable thermostat ranges from 250°F to 500°F, including a low setting for gentle baking or holding. Each oven comes with two racks, two rack guide sets, and four rack positions for flexible cooking configurations. The heavy-duty oven doors feature integrated hinges and spring mechanisms that require no adjustment, providing smooth, reliable operation.
This unit features a 24-inch wide charbroiler featuring four high-output 16,000 BTU per hour burners, delivering a total of 64,000 BTU.
