The flash tube pilot system — with one pilot for every two burners — is shrouded for reliability and energy efficiency. Burner knobs are designed with high-temperature materials and remain cool to the touch, ensuring operator safety and comfort.
The oven below delivers 35,000 BTU/hr. and features a porcelain-coated bottom and door panel for durability and easy maintenance. Its baker’s depth cavity measures 27"D x 26-3⁄8"W x 14"H and accommodates full-size sheet pans side-to-side or front-to-back. A dependable oven thermostat adjusts from 250°F to 500°F with a low setting. Included are two oven racks, two guide sets, and four rack positions for flexible baking and roasting options. The oven door includes a heavy-duty, spring-assisted hinge system that requires no maintenance.
This range also features a two-drawer refrigerated base designed for performance and durability in busy kitchens. Rear-mounted evaporators keep contents cold even during frequent use, while each drawer holds 6" deep pans for maximum storage. The drawers include a stay-open/self-closing mechanism and gasket guards to protect against wear. A front-breathing design allows for zero-clearance installation, and the removable condenser filter helps prevent grease buildup for easier maintenance.
This unit also includes a deep pull-out crumb tray with welded corners, 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, a 1" rear gas connection, and a factory-supplied pressure regulator.
