Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, top, interior, and fasteners, the unit is built to withstand daily use while maintaining a professional appearance. One inch of insulation on the top, sides, and back helps retain heat and improve energy efficiency.
The melter features top-mounted quartz heaters that provide rapid, even heating. These energy-efficient heaters snap in for easy installation and maintenance. A rack-activated micro switch instantly powers the heaters to 100% when product is placed on the rack, and the unit automatically idles at 25% heat when the master switch is on and no product is detected, saving energy without compromising readiness.
Solid-state controls offer precision performance and reliability, while a fan-cooled electrical compartment ensures safe and consistent operation. The adjustable rack offers four positions for versatility in product placement and cooking results. Additional features include 4-inch adjustable legs and a left-side field wiring connection for flexible installation.
