This thermometer is preset with USDA cooking temperatures for beef, poultry, pork, fish and custom with multiple taste options. A bright blue backlit display is easy-to-read. The thermometer comes with a durable 6 inch, stainless steel probe and a 4-foot silicone cord. The cord is safe up to 485 degrees F/250 degrees C.
When your food hits your preset time or desired internal temperature, an alarm signal occurs to ensure perfect results. Also, can be used as a timer with a range of 99 minutes: 59 seconds.
