The Scotsman Prodigy Plus 450 lb 22" Air Cooled Flake Ice Machine (model FS0522A-1) is designed to deliver efficient and reliable ice production for a variety of commercial settings. This flake ice maker features an air-cooled, self-contained condenser that ensures effective cooling and minimal installation complexity. With a production capacity of up to 450 lbs of ice per 24 hours at standard conditions (70°/50°), and 372 lbs as certified by AHRI at higher temperatures (90°/70°), it provides a steady supply of high-quality flake ice.
Constructed with stainless steel components, including a durable evaporator and auger, the machine offers long-lasting performance and easy maintenance. The Prodigy Plus is equipped with sealed maintenance-free bearings and includes AgION antimicrobial protection to help maintain cleanliness and inhibit bacterial growth. The unit also features AutoAlert indicating lights for convenient monitoring and a unit-specific QR code for streamlined service and support. For ease of upkeep, the machine is designed with a front-facing removable air filter and one-touch cleaning functionality.
Operating on R-404A refrigerant, it is compatible with a 115v/60/1-ph power supply and draws 12.9 amps. NSF and cULus certified, the ice machine is engineered and assembled in the USA, reflecting its commitment to quality and reliability.
