The Scotsman Meridian Compact Touch Free Nugget Ice & Water Dispenser (model HID207AX-1) is designed to offer convenient, hygienic, and efficient ice and water dispensing in a compact format. This unit features Touchfree infrared dispensing technology, allowing users to obtain nugget-style ice—known for its chewable texture and high satisfaction—without physical contact. It produces up to 196 lbs of nugget ice per 24 hours at standard conditions (70°/50°) and 160 lbs certified by AHRI at higher temperatures (90°/70°), ensuring a consistent and ample supply.

The Meridian Compact dispenser includes a 7 lb bin storage capacity and is built with durable stainless steel components, including a robust evaporator and auger. It features a sealed maintenance-free bearing and a UV-LED internal sanitation module to maintain hygiene. The unit is equipped with AutoAlert external indicating lights for clear operational status and includes SmoothStream water dispensing, which is illuminated for user convenience. Additional features such as removable spouts, a removable air filter, and an integrated sink drain cover with a consolidated 0.75" drain outlet facilitate easy maintenance.

Designed with an ADA-compliant dispensing area that has an 8.15" height, the dispenser ensures accessibility and convenience. It also includes snap-on panels for an ice-only configuration and AgION antimicrobial protection to help prevent bacterial growth.

Operating with R-290 refrigerant, it comes with a 6' power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug, requiring a 115V/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 5.8 amps.
