The Idea Line was created with the intention of offering a packaging machine capable of adapting to the needs of the customer, which is compact to offer flexibility in terms of space and ensure an impeccable vacuum in every situation. Everything you thought impossible, ORVED have achieved.
Thanks to its internal sensors, the packaging machines of the idea line, can ensure a perfect vacuum in any conditions with any type of product, food or non-food or liquids.
The digital control panel includes a memory of 10 vacuum programs, with the possibility to add gas (MAP) or to perform a dearation program (degas) to create special vacuum cycles for every customer’s need.
The IDEA 31 Model includes an absolute vacuum sensor, 10 different user programs, programs for vacuum in containers or external bags, manual degas programs, automatic packaging cycle control with automatic start & stop, and automatic oil cleaning.
