This heavy-duty dough mixer equipped with a silent motor and a helical fork is ideal to knead 4kg (9lbs) of hard dough within approximately 15 minutes. A lid gap located on the side is use to safely add ingredients while mixing the dough. A transparent cover automatically works in complete safety by stopping when the lid is open. Operate like a baker's dough mixer. Ideal for all kinds of bread and pizza dough.
