The Nemco Manual Half Size Convection Oven 208/240V with Broiler – 6230 (GS1115) is a powerful and flexible countertop solution designed to help foodservice operations expand their menus without sacrificing valuable kitchen space. Ideal for convenience stores, quick-serve restaurants, concession stands, and off-site catering, this compact oven delivers professional cooking performance while fitting easily into tight work areas.

This model features convection cooking combined with a built-in broiler, offering eight configurable cooking modes to handle a wide range of applications. Operators can select from multiple combinations of top, bottom, and grill heating elements in either static or convection mode, as well as a fan-only setting for defrosting frozen products. Temperature is adjustable from 200°F to 500°F, and the manual timer can be set up to two hours or to an infinite mode for extended cooking, giving full control over cooking duration and results.

Engineered for consistent performance, the oven includes a reversing fan motor that promotes even heat distribution throughout the chamber. It accommodates up to three 18" x 13" half-size pans, making it suitable for baking, roasting, broiling, and finishing a variety of menu items. The fully stainless steel cooking chamber and exterior provide durability and easy cleanup, while the inspection door allows operators to monitor food without opening the oven.
