This unit features 11 slanted rollers with a 7° front-to-rear tilt that brings products into better view, enhancing impulse sales while cooking and holding at the same time. With a 30 hot dog capacity and the ability to cook up to 600 five-inch hot dogs per hour, the 8230-SLT easily keeps up with peak demand. The grill is also highly versatile, making it ideal for hot dogs, sausages, tamales, taquitos, tornados, and egg rolls. Each roller contains its own individual heating element to ensure even temperature from end to end, while continuous 360° roller rotation prevents residue buildup and promotes uniform cooking.

What sets this model apart is its intelligent digital control system. Operators simply place food on the rollers, press a preset program button, and walk away. Preprogrammed sequences automatically move through preheat, cook, and hold stages with no supervision required. Independent digital program presets for the front and rear zones allow flexible operation, while color-coded grease seals help quickly identify each zone. A digital readout displays the approximate product temperature, and four indicator lights per zone clearly show the current phase of the cooking cycle.

Constructed with rugged stainless steel and designed for demanding commercial use, the 8230-SLT includes chrome rollers, with special non-slip GripsIt rollers available as an option. A sealed motor with ball bearings ensures long life, while PTFE end bearings paired with silicone grease barriers protect against grease seepage. The removable grease drip pan makes cleanup fast and easy, and the unit requires no ventilation system. Simple plug-in installation allows it to connect to any standard outlet with the corresponding voltage.
