At the core of the Easy Chopper 3’s innovation is its redesigned push block system. Each push block is now colour-coded to match its corresponding blade assembly, dramatically reducing the risk of mismatched components that could damage the block or crash the blades. The block also features Nemco’s patented removable cleaning gasket, made of durable synthetic nylon. This clever design allows operators to remove built-up food debris in one simple motion—just pull the two tabs and clean, eliminating the tedious scraping typically required.

Constructed with a tough nylon-based resin, the push block is more resilient and less susceptible to impact damage or wear from commercial kitchen use. The entire blade assembly has also been optimized for convenience: cartridges are fully separate from the guide rods, so operators never need to remove the rod bumpers when switching blade sets. Guide rods are fixed with Nylok nuts for stability and can be removed or replaced easily if bent.

The Easy Chopper 3 maintains all the performance strengths of the Chopper 2, including razor-sharp stainless steel blades that stay taut for clean, one-stroke cuts, a weighted ergonomic handle that boosts downward force while reducing fatigue, and a commercial-grade cast aluminum frame built tough enough for nonstop use.
