Check temperatures of nine different varieties of meat with this Maverick Digital Roasting Thermometer. Use pre-programmed settings with your oven, smoker or outdoor grill. To set the temperature, it offers an LCD screen. Color coding on the screen displays blue at the start of cooking, green when the cooking cycle is nearly complete and red when your food is done cooking.
