The PR67B Steelheart Series Pizza prep table is a two-section refrigerator with stainless doors. Engineered to maintain food-safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 19.29 cubic feet, this front-breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features a dual controller system for ideal temperatures in both the rail and cabinet.
The PR67B is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean.
The PR67B includes nine polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4″ deep pans (can accept 6″ deep pans). Equipped with a field-reversible, spring-assisted self-closing doors with stay-open feature (no kit req’d). A 67″ x 19″ x 0.5″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube.
