The UR27B-D2 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from accidental damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean.

Bottom: (1) full size pan (pans not included), (4) 4″ stem casters (2 with brakes) are standard, plus the drawer slides are constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. Electrical consumption of 0.65 kWh/day at 2.5 Amps, 10 ft long cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
