Hobart food cutters feature one-piece burnished aluminum housing, which eliminates cracks or crevices where bacteria can grow and makes them easy to wipe clean. Both cleaning and operation are simple thanks to the removable bowl cover (no tools required), knives and bowl. The bowl cover is also a one-piece burnished aluminum casting that can be lifted to remove product from the bowl or for cleaning.
