Hatco's Heated Glass Shelf Modular features black ceramic glass to create uniform heat across the entire surface to hold hot food at safe-serving temperatures for longer without affecting product quality. The durable black ceramic glass on Hatco's Heated Glass Shelf Modular creates uniform heat across the entire top surface. The new design uses a modular system so units can be placed side-by-side.
- Modular design allows for great flexibility, for multiple units to be placed side-by-side and for easy cleaning and maintenance.
- Includes thermostatic controls with five temperature settings of 130°F, 150°F, 165°F, 185°F and 200° F (55°C, 65°C, 75°C, 85°C and 95°C).
