"Bistro" refers to a small restaurant, but there is nothing small about the cooking power and options of this double grill! The GPGDUE10 is a double 10" x 10" grill with grooved top and bottom cast-iron plates, heavy duty, spring hinge with adjustable tension and the temperature is thermostatically controlled up to 570 °F.
