"Bistro" refers to a small restaurant, but there is nothing small about the cooking power and options of this grill! The GSG10 comes with 10" x 10" smooth top and bottom cast-iron plates, heavy duty, spring hinge with adjustable tension and the temperature is thermostatically controlled up to 570 °F.
Great for reubens, Philly steak, panini/ sandwiches, ham & cheese, Cubans, quesadillas, burritos, vegetables, variety of meat or chicken.
