The U Series gas range has two standard ovens. It is 59-1/16" wide and has a 27" (686mm) deep work top surface. The front, sides and 5" wide front rail are stainless steel. The work top features ten powerful 2 piece 26,000 BTU/Hr / 7.61 kW, cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. The 6" (152mm) legs with adjustable feet are great for those uneven floors.
The two standard ovens feature a porcelain ribbed oven bottom & door, aluminized steel top, sides and back. The ovens have a 32,000 BTU/Hr / 9.38 kW cast iron “H” style oven burner and a snap-action modulating oven thermostat for temperatures ranging from low to 500°F. Each oven has a strong, keep-cool oven door handle with one nickel plated oven rack and 3-position removable oven rack guide.
