The U Series gas range has a large open storage base. It is 35-7/16" (900mm) wide and has a 27" (686mm) deep work top surface. The front, sides and 5" wide front rail are stainless steel. The work top features a 36" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle plate and a 4.25" (108mm) wide grease trough. One 18,000 Btuh/5.27 kW cast iron "H" style griddle burner per 12"(305mm) width of griddle. The 6" (152mm) legs with adjustable feet are great for those uneven floors.
