The U Series gas range has a large capacity standard oven. It is 35-7/16" (900mm) wide and has a 27" (686mm) deep work top surface. The front, sides and 5" wide front rail are stainless steel. The work top features six powerful 2 piece 32,000 BTU/Hr / 9.37 kW, cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. The 6" (152mm) legs with adjustable feet are great for those uneven floors.
The oven features a large porcelain ribbed oven bottom & door, aluminized steel top, sides and back; oven fits standard sheet pans in both directions. The oven has a 38,000 BTU/Hr / 11.13 kW cast iron “H” style oven burner and a snap-action modulating oven thermostat for temperatures ranging from low to 500° F. There is a strong, keep-cool oven door handle with one nickel plated oven rack and 3-position removable oven rack guide.
