This U Series gas range has an open storage base, a 23-5/8" (600mm) wide and 27" (686mm) deep work top surface and stainless steel front, sides and 5" wide front rail. It features two powerful 2 piece 32,000 BTU/Hr / 9.37 kW, cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates on the left and a 12" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle plate on the right. The 6" (152mm) legs with adjustable feet are great for those uneven floors.
