This SunFire X Series gas restaurant range has two standard size SunFire ovens. This range is 59-1/16" (1500mm) wide with a 27" (686mm) deep work top surface and features a stainless steel front, sides and 4" (102mm) wide front rail. The 6" (152mm) legs with adjustable feet are perfect for those uneven floors. There are ten robust 2-piece 30,000 BTU/Hr / 8.797 kW, cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. The porcelain oven bottom and door liner has two position fixed rack guides with one oven rack. The heavy duty oven door has a "keep cool" door handle. Straight steel tube oven burner 33,000 BTU/Hr / 9.67 kW provides quality baking and good recovery time. The oven thermostat ranges from low to 500° F (260° C).
