The griddle top is 34" (864mm) W x 26-7/8" (683mm) D, 1" (25mm) thick and it features embedded capillary line sensors for each griddle burner. This unit is 34" (864mm) W x 38" (965mm) D, including 7.5" (191mm) deep stainless steel front rail and has a storage base with doors. Stainless steel front and sides.
