This heavy duty 48" Master CG Series electric countertop production griddle has a 1" (25mm) thick griddle plate and commercial-grade high performance volume production with even, consistent, controlled temperatures. This unit features an electronic thermostat with embedded sensor and three efficient flat bar heating elements per 12" (305mm) of griddle width. Not only does it have an all stainless steel exterior, but there is also a full-width front rail. Comes standard with EnerLogic Technology and 6" (152mm) legs.
