Garland designed these heavy duty counter step-up hot plates for high-volume production, while offering the flexibility to match up with a full counter lineup. At 27" deep, the HD Open Top Counter Range has the largest usable cooking surface in the industry. The 2-piece Starfire Pro open burners deliver concentrated power with precise even heat for improved efficiency and heat control. Also, the 2-piece burners split apart for easy cleaning and clog-free operation. Split ergonomic grates are easy to handle and clean. Sleek, sculptured exterior design stays cleaner and cleans easier. Lastly, these units feature stainless steel front, sides and back with large capacity stainless steel crumb tray(s).
