The G Series of gas restaurant ranges features a large capacity standard oven and 59 1/16" (1500mm) wide, by 27" (686mm) deep work-top surface. Stainless steel front, sides and 5" wide front rail are standard, along with the 6" (152mm) legs with adjustable feet. Ten Starfire-Pro 2 piece, 33,000 Btuh/ 9.67 kW (natural gas), cast open burners are set in split cast iron ergonomic grates.
The one-piece oven features a porcelain interior and heavy duty, "keep cool" door handle. The heavy cast iron "H" oven burner is rated 38,000 Btuh/11.13 kW (natural gas). Oven is controlled by an even-bake, fast-recovery snap-action modulating oven thermostat.
