The G Series gas restaurant range features a storage base and 35-7/16" (900mm) wide, 27" (686mm) deep work top surface, stainless steel front, sides and 5" wide front rail and 6" (152mm) legs with adjustable feet. The worktop is a 36" griddle with 5/8" thick smooth steel plate with on control per 12 inches of griddle width. High splash guard and a 4.25" wide trough aid to control grease.
