This natural gas restaurant range has a space-saver oven with a 23-5/8" (600mm) wide and 27" (686mm) deep work top surface. Additional features include stainless steel front, sides and 5" wide front rail, 6" (152mm) legs with adjustable feet, two Starfire-Pro 2 piece cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates and a 12" wide, 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle plate. The one-piece oven has a porcelain interior and is heavy duty with a "keep cool" door handle. The heavy cast iron "H" oven burner is controlled by an even-bake, fast recovery snap-action modulating oven thermostat.
