EmberGlo’s ES5 series steamer allows for advance preparation and refrigeratation until it is time to steam and serve. All the precious moisture, texture and flavour to foods can be maintained through the convenient use of steam heat.

The ES5 series are furnished with an adjustable lid hinge opening to either a 60° or 90° position. The hinge also includes counter-balanced springs to prevent the lid from slamming closed.

The ES5M18 portable manual pump model allows the unit to be easily moved and operated where a water line is not readily available. It has a self-contained, one gallon capacity water pan. This unit features 1800 Watts of power resulting in a decrease of 20% in temperature recovery time.
