High quality Tray made of stainless steel. Especially designed for the SaltAir Salt Blocks. The tray is filled with the salt blocks (sold separately) and placed on the bottom inside the dry ager cabinet. The salt also helps to regulate the humidity and influences the taste of the matured products in a positive way. Released salt molecules diffuse with the meat and give a touch of salt.
The SaltAir Salt Tray and the salt blocks are the perfect solution to have real salt in the DRYAGER. No salt liquid gets into the cabinet because of the tray and you can use the advantages of the salt optimally.
