This five pan capacity steamer is equipped to provide more output than the SteamCraft Ultra 3, incorporating the same progressive design attributes, and producing the same flavourful results. An excellent selection for restaurants and cafeterias with a seating capacity of 100 to 200, and hospitals with up to 200 beds. Accommodates five 2.5” (65mm) full size steam table pans (1/1GN).
