This commercial microwave oven features a 10 touch pad programmable control panel with the ability to program 100 menu items. Oven will have a maximum cooking time of 60 minutes with 11 power levels, 3 stage cooking and a time entry option. Output wattage is 2100 watts with top and bottom rotating antenna feed distribution for a uniform heating pattern. The easy-to-clean stainless steel exterior and interior cavity has a capacity of 17 litres (0.6 cu ft) and is able to accommodate a 305 mm (12”) plate. This oven is stackable and includes a safety bracket. Removable front filter protects and cools the oven components and has a “clean filter” reminder feature.
