The Anliker XL-C Star is the most powerful table model due to its large cutting discs and drawing cut. The scratch- and wear-resistant surface of the maintenance-free machine is hygienic, dishwasher-safe and easy to clean. The large selection of different cutting variations, including special cuts such as Brunoises and Gaufrettes, allow even more creativity in the kitchen.

Our unique "drawing cut" geometry prevents the unnecessary loss of nutrients and vitamins, resulting in a significantly longer shelf life of the processed products as well as a long-lasting perfect cut.

This machine is gear driven and features thermal overload protection and built-in antimicrobial protection. It includes food pusher, cast aluminum upper housing, hoppers & hopper head with stainless steel knives body and base.
