Beverage-Air - 93" Pizza Prep Table w/ 3 Doors - DP93HC

The Beverage-Air DP93HC pizza prep table is built to anchor high-output pizza and sandwich lines with expansive workspace, premium construction, and dependable refrigeration. At 93" long, it delivers the room you need to stretch dough, build orders, and stage ingredients while keeping everything within arm’s reach.

The exterior features stainless steel on the front, sides, top, doors, and grille for durability and a polished, professional presence, with a galvanized back and bottom for added structural strength. Up top, a 19" wide reversible cutting board made of white polyethylene provides a generous prep surface and lifts off easily for cleaning. Removable stainless steel hoods and insulated lid assemblies protect the ingredient rail, while the aluminum interior top liner helps prevent spills from dropping into the cabinet below.

Inside the base, a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner stands up to daily wear. Three self-closing doors are mounted on lift-off hinges and include a 120° stay-open feature, making loading and restocking simple during busy service. Snap-in gaskets and easy lift-off door removal streamline maintenance, and doors are field reversible for flexible installation. Six epoxy-coated wire shelves provide organized, durable storage, and the rail accommodates pans up to 6" deep (pans sold separately).

An adaptive defrost system, epoxy-coated evaporator coil, and enhanced airflow work together to maintain consistent product temperatures between 36°F and 38°F. The side-mounted compressor uses environmentally friendly, energy-efficient R290 refrigerant that meets major regulatory requirements. Mounted on 3" casters—two with brakes—the DP93HC is easy to position for cleaning or service.
