The Beverage-Air BB48HC-FG-PT-B is a 48" black food-rated pass-thru back bar refrigerator designed for efficient service from both sides of the bar. With 15.14 cu. ft. of interior capacity, it comfortably accommodates packaged beverages or open food products while supporting up to two 1/2 kegs. The durable black painted steel exterior pairs with a stainless steel interior and 1" stainless steel top, delivering long-lasting performance and easy cleanup in high-traffic commercial environments. Glass swing doors on both sides provide excellent product visibility, while self-closing hinges with a 120° stay-open feature, magnetic door gaskets, and integrated door locks ensure secure, reliable operation.
This unit uses a balanced, forced-air refrigeration system to deliver rapid and even cooling throughout the cabinet. Powered by environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, it maintains consistent temperatures between 36°F and 38°F to keep products properly chilled. Adaptive defrost and an epoxy-coated evaporator coil enhance efficiency and long-term reliability. LED interior lighting, full electronic controls, and four epoxy-coated wire shelves make organization simple, while ADA-compliant height and pass-thru access help streamline workflow behind the bar.
