The Beverage-Air DPD119HC-8 pizza prep table is designed for high-production kitchens that need expansive prep space, flexible storage, and rock-solid refrigeration performance. At 119" wide, it provides plenty of room to build pizzas and sandwiches while keeping ingredients organized, chilled, and right where your staff needs them.
The cabinet exterior is fully wrapped in stainless steel on the front, sides, top, drawers, and grille, with a galvanized back and bottom for added durability. A 19" wide reversible cutting board spans the work area and removes easily for cleaning. Up top, matching stainless steel hoods and insulated lid assemblies cover the pan rail, while an aluminum interior top liner helps prevent spills from falling into the refrigerated cabinet.
Below, the corrosion-resistant aluminum interior is built for daily commercial wear. The eight drawers add serious convenience and strength. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel frames, they operate on 12-gauge stainless steel slides with Delrin rollers rated at 275 pounds. Telescoping slides include a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal, and pan locking divider supports come standard to keep product secure and organized.
Adaptive defrost, an epoxy-coated evaporator coil, and enhanced airflow maintain consistent temperatures between 36°F and 38°F for reliable food safety. The side-mounted compressor runs on environmentally friendly, energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and meets major regulatory standards. Mounted on 3" casters, two with brakes, the unit is easy to move for cleaning or service.
