The MTI-10XL is a single basket, countertop commercial deep fryer capable of producing up-to 4 pounds of product per fry-cycle. With an oil capacity of 2.75 gallons, you can fry approximately 120 lbs (40.82kg) of French fries per hour, with just the push of a button!

Fully enclosed and automated, the AutoFry MTI-10XL keeps employees safe from the internal cooking chamber while preparing food product to perfection every time. Now you can expand your menu with deep fried favourites without the expense of hoods and vents. MTI’s proprietary Simplifry Technology offers multiple programmable pre-sets, standby mode and heat/time compensation intelligence.

Every AutoFry is built with a hyper sensitive temperature probe that measures the temperature of the oil within the unit. With MTI's Simplifry feature, the temperature probe detects how much the temperature drops when food has been dumped into the machine. The AutoFry then adjusts the cook time to compensate for that drop in oil temperature.

Having the Simplifry feature on your automatic deep fryer is like having a skilled fry cook on your team. A great fry cook can watch and tell when your fries are ready to be removed from the oil. AutoFry can do the same thing, and you won’t have to pay it minimum wage!
