The Lasagnette cutter makes 10mm wide pasta.
• Ankarsrum’s pasta rollers come from the Italian company Marcato, with 80 years of experience of making pasta.
• When you use the Lasagnette cutter use the pasta sheets that you have rolled using the lasagne roller, alternatively rolled out by hand, and feed through the Lasagnette cutter.
• Only pasta dough may be used for the pasta attachments.
• Never insert fingers or foreign objects in the roller.
• The pasta rollers fit all Assistents N1-N30.
